Dianne Jacob is a renowned food writer, writing coach, author, and freelance editor with experience in the publishing industry. She began her blog in 2009 and it covers food writing trends, issues, and techniques. She is the author of a multiple award-winning book (Will Write for Food: The Complete Guide to Writing Cookbooks) and has co-authored the cookbook Grilled Pizzas & Piadinas (DK Publishing) with chef Craig Priebe, writer of The Good Pantry (Oxmoor House).
